KFX450 Dasa Intake

After months of dyno and flow testing we found the stock KFX450 intake, filter and air box to be garbage. The stock KFX450 intake tube is VERY restrictive. The Dasa KFX450 intake fixes this intake problem by replacing the restrictive stock KFX450 intake tube with a new intake tube that is less restrictive and flows more air. This intake and custom air filter design has been developed to create more intake velocity than any other kit on the market and it is a huge increase over stock. After months of dyno testing we have come up with a complete BOLT ON kit that makes a PROVEN 4 +HP more than the stock air box with the lid off. This kit comes with a BRAND NEW aluminum air box, new intake tube, billet velocity stack,huge air filter, outerwear and all the hardware to install this kit.

KFX450 Replacement Air Filter

This is a replacement air filter for the Dasa KFX450 intake system. This filter will not work on a stock KFX450 without the Dasa KFX450 intake installed. This air filter will only work on a KFX450 with a Dasa KFX450 intake system installed.

KFX450 Power Commander

The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs "inline" with the bikes stock ECU. The PC uses original equipment style connectors so that no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel curve via the PC's onboard microprocessor. Using this technology you are able to access a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes' ECU (electronic control unit). Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The unit also comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file via a laptop or your home computer. The PC will include a 9v battery power source that will allow you to power up the unit to load maps or make changes to it from your home computer or lap top before even installing it. You can change the fuel curve with the faceplate buttons. This is a simple adjustment that can move the fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map.
